Appointments
We work by appointment only, please honor your reservation.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to show up or give sufficient notice will result in 100% charge for the scheduled time. Please remember the therapist has scheduled time for your service and it is exclusively reserved for you.
Late arrivals- arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, Check (verified only), Spa Finder Gift Cards, Spa & Wellness Gift Cards.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included, but is greatly appreciated.
We suggest gratuities which reflect the quality of your service, 15-20% is customary.
Return Policy
Returns are required to be made within 30 days.
Returned containers must be at least 75% full.
Try a sample before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Gift certificates & pre-paid series purchases have no cash value.
Cellphones
As a courtesy to other guests & for your pleasure, please keep cell phones on silent while in the building.
